The hotel's location offers easy access to the airport bus stop and is close to the main attractions and the quiet Grund district. The room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious and relaxing, with good views. The breakfast was tasty, and there were various facilities available, such as a balcony, desk and armchair.
Some of the staff were slow and unresponsive at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

Friendly and helpful multilingual staff, available 24/7. Lovely terrace to enjoy meals with beautiful surroundings. Pet-friendly hotel with walking distance to downtown area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk to the city center. The hotel also accommodated our dog, providing a personal towel, bed, and treat. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking green grounds. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even keeping our bags after checkout. The hotel offered coffee and tea in the room, which we enjoyed in the morning. a great experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions and the old town. We were able to explore the city easily without having to rely on public transportation. the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, providing us with all the necessary information and assistance. The restaurant on site also surpassed our expectations, offering delicious food at affordable prices.
Dislikes/Worst Aspects: One thing we didn't like about the hotel was the lack of attention to detail in the rooms.

The hotel is situated in a park area, offering a beautiful view of the Adolphe bridge. The location is very convenient, as it is close to an airport bus stop and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view of either the valley or the garden. The breakfast included in the rate offers a large variety of options and adds value to the stay.
